Tips

• Use account_id (ULID) to look up users in any service.
• Sign out clears your session cookie immediately — it does not invalidate the cookie server-side. To force-revoke all active admin sessions, rotate COOKIE_SIGNING_KEY in Pulumi.
• Every action you take here goes out as the service-to-service internal bearer — there's no per-action audit trail in the L4 service yet. Treat this UI as the trail.
